The DDA is open to all who will have completed their doctoral work in a field related to functions within the supply chain. A selection committee comprised of both academics and practitioners using a blind review process evaluates dissertation abstracts.
It was the third time in ten years that a dissertation from the Chair of International Business & Supply Management I wins this prestigious award in the U.S. This makes WHU the most successful non-US institution in the history of this prestigious competition.
